Terms of Service

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Manul Health Technologies Inc. ("Manul", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

This is an informational website that describes Manul and lets you join a waitlist for early access. It is not the Manul product, and no health, genetic, or diagnostic service is provided through it. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to provide any service.

2. No medical advice

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, diagnostic, nutritional, or fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee you a place in any early-access programme, or guarantee any particular price, feature, or launch date. We may change, postpone, or cancel the programme at any time. Access to the actual Manul product, when it becomes available, will be governed by a separate agreement that you will be asked to accept at that time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
  • interfere with or disrupt the availability of the site, for example through automated flooding of requests;
  • scrape, copy, or republish the site's content other than as permitted by section 5;
  • submit false information, or another person's information, through the waitlist form.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Manul name, and page design — are owned by Manul or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. All other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of our trademarks, requires our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites and services, such as our waitlist form and our status page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we provide no guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
