Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Manul Health Technologies Inc. ("Manul", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with this website. This site is an informational website about our product. It does not host user accounts, and it does not process DNA samples, health data, or payments.
1. Summary
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind on this website. We do not set cookies. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information directly through this site. The only place where you can voluntarily give us your email address is our waitlist form, which is hosted by a third party and described in section 3.
2. Information collected automatically
This website is published as a set of static files through GitLab Pages. Like virtually every web server, the hosting infrastructure records technical request data in its server logs, which may include:
- your IP address;
- the date and time of the request;
- the page or file requested;
- your browser user agent and referring page.
These logs are generated and retained by our hosting provider, GitLab Inc., under its own privacy practices. We use them only to keep the site available and secure. We do not combine them with any other information, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
3. The waitlist form
If you choose to join our early-access waitlist, you are taken to a form hosted by Google Forms, where you may submit your email address and any other information the form asks for. Submitting the form is entirely voluntary.
We use the information you submit only to contact you about early access to Manul and related product news. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details in section 8. Because the form is operated by Google, Google's privacy policy also applies to information you enter there.
4. Third-party resources loaded by this site
To render the page, your browser requests some files from third-party providers. Those providers necessarily receive your IP address and browser details as part of that request:
- GitLab Pages — hosting of this website.
- Google Fonts — web fonts and icon fonts.
- Tailwind CDN (jsDelivr / Cloudflare) — the stylesheet framework used for the page layout.
- Google-hosted images — a small number of illustrative images on the home page.
We do not control these providers and we receive no data back from them. None of them are used by us for analytics or profiling.
5. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to:
- operate, secure and maintain this website;
- respond to messages you send us;
- contact waitlist subscribers about early access and product updates.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
6. Retention
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with its standard practice. Waitlist email addresses are kept until the early-access programme ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to withdraw consent you have given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in section 8. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Because we hold very little information, we may need you to tell us the email address you used so that we can find the relevant record.
8. Contact
Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our hosting and form providers operate globally, so the limited data described above may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.
